Johanne Boisvert uses different art media and she is well known for her work with soft pastel. In the beginning of Art career, she had followed a weekly workshop from a National Artist. He was her mentor encouraging her to work with soft pastel and oil. At that time, her art intervened with her professional scholar and career and the development of her family. Nevertheless, she used her creativity at work in Management and Competency development. Now she has time to paint full time and enjoy her beautiful Boreal environment. She participates to Juried Shows and follows Artist workshops.
