Born in China in 1971, David Lu has worked as a university teacher, and fashion designer and owns his fashion brand. Some mastery of artistic skills was acquired through professional training at the university. However, he is still exploring the true meaning of art. Painting made him feel calm and focused. At the age of 40, he picked up his brush again and now lives in Vancouver. Landscapes, people, flowers, still lifes... are the objects of his expertise. In his work, you can find a world that comes from life but is different from life.
