Almira was born in 1976 and raised in Almaty, Kazakhstan.
She attended the Faculty of Art, Almaty State University form 1995-1999. Almira start exhibited her batik from 1998 in Russia, Kazakhstan, USA and Canada.
She use stylization in her batik (to represent in or make conform to a particular style, especially when highly conventionalized or saliently artistic rather than naturalistic) and she combine traditional hot batik (with crackles, splashing) and cold technique together.
Some of her works no meaning hidden just impression and beautiful combination of colors, shapes and lines.
Since 2007 Almira immigrated to Canada and leaving now in Vancouver and till nowadays working with batik technique preferably , oil and acrylic painting and graphics
