Vickie was born into a family of artists. Growing up surrounded by art supplies, books on art and given the opportunity to draw and paint from a very early age, has made her the artist she is today. Vickie enjoys working in graphite, coloured pencil, watercolour, acrylic and mixed medium. She draws and paints all subject matter in her highly detailed, realism style. Vickie has won numerous awards for her art, nationally and internationally. Her art has been published in books, magazines, and she's been interviewed for newspapers and television. Vickie is currently a member of Colored Pencil Society of America where she has signature statis and now Federation of Canadian Artists.
