About the Artist
Master Mohammad Reza Atashzad is an internationally recognized watercolour artist and instructor with over 40 years of experience in teaching drawing and painting. He is the founder and director of the Atashzad Academy of Art in Tehran and has been teaching diverse art programs at community centres across Vancouver since 2011. His works—ranging from delicate floral studies to architectural landscapes—reflect a poetic harmony between realism and imagination. Atashzad has published over 700 original watercolour pieces, including greeting cards, posters, albums, and books, sharing his art with audiences worldwide.
