Doria is a full-time artist in Whistler, BC, represented by Mountain Galleries at the Fairmont Hotels in Whistler, Banff and Jasper. A strong advocate for BC bears (black bears, grizzlies and spirit bears) she has spent weeks in the wild in order to paint large, intimate portraits of them. She is the official artist for the Grizzly Bear Foundation and a board member.

In her landscapes, Doria tries to express the essence of a scene instead of a detailed representation. She also enjoys painting children, especially groups of skiers and kids at the beach.

Doria is an associate member of the FCA and a founding member of Whistler Out of Bounds artists. Her work is in collections around the world.
