Phillipa Hudson SFCA
North Saanich, British Columbia
Phillipa (Phee) Hudson was born in Zimbabwe. She moved to Canada in the late 1970s and to Deep Cove on Vancouver Island in 1981,
Phillipa has always been an active mountaineer, back country skier and sea kayaker, so it is not surprising that her choice of subject has focused more and more on the spectacular alpine country of the Canadian Rockies, the Coast Mountains, and the fiords and inlets of BC’s coastline. She has been painting since 2006. In 2019 she was awarded the FCA's Senior member status. She has won numerous awards for her work and has work hanging across the world in private and corporate collections.
