Marcia is a Victoria artist working chiefly in oils. She is known for plein air ( on the spot) painting, soft colours, and impressionistic brushwork. The local landscape is the focus of her work, particularly, those forgotten corners of the city. Marcia also happily tears up vintage papers for collage during rainy, cold weather, when she can’t get outside to paint.
