We had the pleasure of visiting a Great-horned Owl Family and watching these two Owlettes make their debut! What a pair they were. Stuck together like glue! You could definitely tell the older one was showing the younger one the ropes. The lighting on the trees this day was perfect. It rained the entire rest of the week. Although, it gave me enough time to work out my composition and capture a few images to paint them. They are such a pleasure to see in person.
