As we all know...it rains in the west coast!. After the rain has a distinct horizon line, which intuitively depicts the transition between sky and water, but it also depicts a “line of raising waters” due to melting glaciers which is a main concern in Howe Sound. The painting is also a statement that we can all make a difference, but we must all cross “the Line” to make an environmentally substantial positive change. However, it is not a huge divide if we all join in and cross it together.
