IMAGINE; after Michelangelo, is a painting about my reaction to the way I feel about the recent ongoing devastating and horrific news of the death of George Floyd so I asked what can I do?Therefore, I decided to incorporate the very famous depiction of the Creation of Adam by Michelangelo in a very a representational way. The idea is to express for the world to recalculate or sort of jumpstart to a new beginning, by reaching out to each other as one humanity and also by the symbolism of giving life or breath to a new revolution.
