About the Artwork

I enjoyed pushing the limits of the paints, mediums and pigments by deconstructing elements within this piece. I began with colourful blooms which I then stretched and manipulated to create this abstract piece. Relinquishing expectations; allowing the paint to have control was both exciting and challenging.

This artwork is from a juror of the exhibition.
