"Cha Eun Woo" is one of my "Flower Boys" series. This portrait aims to repudiate stereotypes of the "normal man"--muscular, straight, strong and smart. I want to offer new representations of a non-normative man. Juxtaposing the male figure with blue and pink flowers, I aim to exhibit a different male body--someone who is not necessarily authoritative and robust but somewhat fragile, kind-hearted, soft, friendly and expressive!
