About the Artwork
Carn Kenidjack, a rocky tor in southwestern Cornwall, is a magical place of legends. Having had the good fortune to explore its stacked and tilted crags without any other people in the vicinity made its allure and inspiration all the more compelling. Since that time it has remained a compositional archetype for me.
