About the Artwork
The Hub Hotel is located at the end of Main Street in Mayerthorpe, Alberta, the town I grew up in. I still return to the town each year to visit family. Every visit includes a couple of walks around town to appreciate the familiar sights - like the bright red sign of the Hub Hotel.
