This painting was inspired by the same White Egret I was honoured to see migrating into our area. Low and behold by the end of the day, he had found his true love and they were off into the light. It truly amazes me, how much wildlife/birds interact as humans and you will find more on this as this series progresses. This painting could accompany a previous painting titled: Open your heart or it could stand on it's own. They actually, look as if they are doing a courting dance and that's the feeling I was intentionally trying to express. These paintings are a mix of realism, abstraction and surrealism.
