A work titled "Once upon a time in the West" is of course a tribute to the guitarist "Slash", always being so cool with his guitar playing, as well as image which harkens to something out of New Orleans. The work also hinges on the note of the Faust belief as a raven flies overhead, as a skull entices us to the fact that we all one day will be dead, and to seize the day, live while you can.
