Inspired by the ebb and flow of tides in the ocean. The ocean is a vital component in nature and an international icon across cultures and countries. Today with climate change and pollution it’s ecological integrity and beauty is threatened. The beauty, force and energy of water have always drawn me in. Everything is always changing, even if only a little. My paintings do not intend to capture a single moment, but instead endeavors to create a space where nothing stands still.
