About the Artwork

I’ve had so much fun working on this American Red Squirrel that came to visit in our backyard in the Fall of 2025. He (she??) made me smile. So inquisitive. So busy. So fast. Stopping briefly to study us.  Our dogs were beside themselves with excitement to see an actual squirrel on at our new home!!! (Didn’t we leave them behind when we moved???) How exhilarating for our pointing dogs! Craziness for us though with our dogs riveted to the squirrel's every move!
