About the Artwork

Potential Energy
Fractal Consciousness Theory suggests that, as in mathematics and nature, our awareness and our brain may be organized into small self similar patterns reflecting the whole. Transformation requires reorganization of these patterns and an opening to new ones. We can intend this by using the crystals present in our brain structure to connect to the Quantum Field – the greater Whole.
This piece, with its fractals and crystals, represents our mind’s ability to expand and connect. The rusted chains are the old emotions, ideas and beliefs that keep us from our true Potential Being. Our need for safety keeps us seeking gravity which eventually kills all Beings. I have engraved the physics formula for Gravitational Potential Energy into this piece. U=MGH… the energy an object has in position to its gravitational field.
