In ‘Untamed’ I explored letting go of my usual restraints. Painting on large, loose canvas freed my body to move and make expansive, sweeping brush strokes. I chose colours I don’t normally use and abandoned the pull of painting toward an end result. I loved the feeling of freedom and delight that flowed through me and the sense of wild aliveness captured on the canvas.
