About the Artwork
Not far away. Drive to Hope, turn south east on no.3, into Washington. A beautiful river, shallow and crystal clear, tumbling over a rocky bottom; creating music. It begins in southwest BC, but enters Washington and flows through the Cascades to Puget Sound around Mount Vernon.
