Finale-Organ Symphony by C. Saint-Saens-Series II
Not For Sale
My art practice is inspired by Goethe’s words, “…architecture is frozen music”. My aim is to demonstrate my belief that architecture must evolve into something that, with its form, satisfies a spiritual thinking and into an artistic as well as cultural container.
As I listen to music, I perceive the movement of musical notes and gain a deeper understanding of its inner structure. Music emerges from the interplay of different sounds from various musical instruments, all connected by musical principles, which give rise to diverse 'musical images.'
I capture the sounds and movements of music on canvas using geometry, creating a free form representation as if I were finalizing architectural plans, believing that architectural concepts can share common ideas with musical composition.
In the beginning of the finale of Organ Symphony composed by C. Saint-Saens, the resonant chordal sound of the organ enters, and the strings begins to play the main theme that flows like a calm river. Then, the theme develops into a majestic sound orchestrated with brass, percussion and organ. This piece of painting represents my own way of expressing music in geometry, creating expressions of processes with an inner character.
