These beautiful and delicious apples are grown in our backyard garden tended by a master gardener, my husband. Each year we harvest an enormous bounty from our prolific 35 year old tree. Each year these apples with saturated
colours have absorbed lots of sunlight, and each year these beauties beckon the creation of a still life setup. This red apple and complimentary colour greenery setup was created and painted in my studio under north light, together with a treasured heirloom copper pot and antique linen cloth.
