About the Artwork

Point Atkinson (Lighthouse Park) was founded in 1792 by Captain George Vancouver. I first visited this park with my father when I was around 5. It was my father's favorite park because it showed evidence of glacier movement across its rocky waterfront sections -- my father was a structural engineer in Vancouver. This is one of my favorite parks because of the scenery, landscape, and vegetation variations. Many hidden artworks are waiting to be discovered here.
