About the Artwork
My art work seeks to show how we can enjoy the creations that Nature surprises us with as an essential part of the growth of an artist, and of creative inspiration.
For this reason, my painting is inspired by how the place changes before our eyes due to the effects of fog, creating dreamlike landscapes where everything around takes on unknown dimensions.
Fog in the Forest is painted on four layers of transparent fabric (synthetic rayon) that I painted separately and superimposed them to give the blurred perspective effect caused by fog, where we see the farthest away as figures that fade before our eyes.
