About the Artwork
This scene was also in Algonquin Park, Ontario. I love this old cabin and the glow of the yellow tree against the backdrop of darks, I had to paint it. The water was very calm and glistened in the afternoon light. It was so quiet and peaceful, I just wished this place was mine. My own island on the rocks!
