At the End of the Storm
As a painter of ships, I have frequently used a vessel at sea as a symbol for overcoming the unforeseen events in life. Like a ship at sea we are often wrought with set backs and sometimes even tragic occurrences that we must battle and recover from. In that sense we are all ships on the sometimes stormy sea of life. Like this ship, we ride out our storms and find ourselves on calmer seas.
