About the Artwork
Living in Haida Gwaii is beautiful for its nature and location far away from everything, but I miss dancing. dance brings joy to life in so many forms and the isolation of Covid has restricted so many forms of pure enjoyment. So I re-membered joy in paint. Joy of nature from this place Haida Gwaii and the simple joy of dance. Whether we watch or participate in its many forms it fills our hearts and helps us forget, for a little while, the disturbances to our spirits of these times. Enjoy the Dance of Life all around us and be renewed.
