Having travelled a fair amount in western Canada, my favorite place by far is along the west coast. This place, in particular, is from a hike my family and I took on Mackenzie beach near Tofino. It's a place where the sunsets are a fierce rainbow of colour, the roar of the ocean quiets all thoughts and the clouds criss cross themselves as they wave goodbye to the sun. Such peace here.
