Dark matter represents 95% of the universe we know nothing about. I wondered how dark matter could be interpreted as a visual, so I removed the "dark" and exposed the "matter". Deep and layered, it holds mysteries that called to my imagination. Some areas have been highlighted and enlarged to expose these layers, expressing dark matter as anything but empty space.
