About the Artwork
It was a joy to capture the intense concentration of this curly haired little girl, while playing with the myriad of shadows and textures in her clothing, hair and wall behind her. My interest lies in capturing candid and complex moments like this, marvelling at the details and considering the inner life of my subjects.
