Often connection in todays society relies on electronic devices. Blue light, eye strain, and postural issues abound. Distractions aside, inspired to simply enjoy the creative process of reconnecting with the colours, shapes, textures, smells, and beauty that surround us. This connection with nature truly nourishes us physically, emotionally, and spiritually.
