Fleshy Entanglements is an ongoing series that investigates in-between spaces as sights of transformation, healing, growth, death, and decay. Each body taking up and exploring the roles of the soft, the emotional, the bodily, and the non-binary.

Emerging from my struggles with metal health, the work I make comes from the interest in the constant shifting of understanding, the doing and undoing, of both the inner and outer worlds.


***Pictured the sculpture is longer that 24"(it is 36") but part of the work is about fluctuation and change and the sculpture being a "living being". I have displayed it at multiple lengths since this is a part of the work. It is able to change length by removing layers and can be shortened to 24" for exhibition. If accepted, I would also need to know the space it will be in so that I can send the correct hardware/stuff for it to be hung***
