I started a series over the last few months. It is about places.
During the pandemic we have all stayed close to home. We can dream about travel to far off locations but we are stuck here.
This painting is the 3rd in my series and it is about Whistler. A place close to me, as I spent 10 years leaving there in the 80's and I have continued to visit Whistler regularly as it is in our Coastal Health region.
The mountains in Whistler with the blue skies, big green forests and white snow influenced this painting.
