Our DNA, relationships, and socioeconomic predestination all contribute to the person we become. Humans are just beginning to understand the ways in which our particular genetic and environmental factors influence us. "Inheritance" represents these influences on the individuals in this family of four. Yes, decisions we make can change the outcome sometimes. However, when we take personal credit for our successes we may ignore privileged circumstances outside our influence such as country and family of birth.
