Through this painting I want to create awareness to a very important aspect of human behaviour- that is emotional detachment, which is an inability to connect with other people on an emotional level. It can be a serious mental health challenge which can negatively affects one’s life and ability to function. Understanding why people behave the way they do and help them to seek treatment so that they can move forward in life.
