So it turns out that Dinosaurs are not Extinct, and that Tyrannosaurus-Rex is on the same branch of the Evolutionary Tree as our humble Chicken. Guess that puts the, ‘which came first the chicken or the egg,’ riddle to rest once and for all, the egg wins in a landslide!
Modern birds are all descended from the same branch of the evolutionary tree as Tyrannosaurus Rex. Careful T-Rex, that branch is not thick enough to hold you!
