A Chou is my mother's dog. His name means 'little ugly guy', but he is not ugly, it is only an affectionate nickname as he's a handsome little boy. My mom thinks of him as her boy, not just a pet. A Chou keeps her company while others are not around. At last year's first snow, my mom put A Chou in a winter coat and hat, even though he may not have felt cold. He looked quite resigned.
I really appreciate A Chou keeping my mother company, especially because my visiting visa has been revoked for two years due
