About the Artwork
'There are clouds in the islands and islands in the clouds.' - That was one of Toni Onley's observations of the West Coast. This statement has always been true of Prince Rupert, where a constant, low hanging mist weaves itself in and around the islands, seemingly creating landforms where none exist.
