About the Artwork
Living in a northern country has compelled me to appreciate the beauty of snowstorms. I especially love the stark contrasts of illuminated storm clouds. This piece is part of a series of clouds painting I have been working on. It was created by applying multiple layers of acrylic paint so as to create an impression of depth and a sense of mystery, rendering the representation of clouds almost abstract.
