About the Artwork
This painting is all about being part of a sequence of generations in a family, and the sense of security that evokes. The lace was crafted by a great great aunt, the crystal bowl was a wedding gift to my parents, the ginger jar lived in my fathers study while the fruit ties these items from the past to the present.
