About the Artwork
This painting serves as my demonstration piece for the Aug/Sept issue of International Artist. I am drawn to the city at its most unguarded—those fleeting minutes of Blue Hour when the world slips into a state that feels both mundane and strangely hallucinatory. Instead of iconic skylines or polished landmarks, I turn my attention to the overlooked streets: industrial facades, tangled wires, raw textures, and the quiet clutter that defines the city’s true pulse.
