About the Artwork
Working in oil and cold wax on birch panel is a very enticing and satisfying process. I work intuitively in an abstract expressionistic style. This is how I started painting in oils many years ago, and I have returned to what feels natural for me. Music influences my work as I listen to what moves me physically and translates onto the painting as I work.
