While visiting my sister in June, I walked down to the waterfront in Royston, on Vancouver Island, and there was this beautiful field of poppies that gave me so much joy in the middle of the angst we were all feeling in Covid times. These beautiful scenes are so important in our lives and I feel its a "must" to take the time to seek them out and stop and look and listen.
