I was wanting to do painting that would reflect my Canadian spirit!
Especially with all the talk of the 51st state that we are fereing in the news .
What could be more Canadian then being outside, surrounded by the beautiful hues of our maple leaves. The rake in hand acting as a guard. With maple leaf perched proudly atop, like a little crown. The small oak leaf off to left side of the rake to symbolize the strength of the Candian pride as we stand guard
