“Optimistic Bubbles” represents need to foster optimism in our Covid-19 Bubbles.
Optimistic people choose to look on the bright side of life. I believe we have a responsibility to foster optimism in our Covid-19 Bubbles. Not an easy task as we are bombarded with negative news and stressful situations. Many of us having people we love and care for, outside of our own bubble. I am drawn to this subject because I believe Optimism is a natural way to make us less susceptible to illness, fatigue, and depression. I am concerned about the way Covid-19 is affecting society. An optimistic attitude, and a positive word, can make life easier for all in your bubble.
I chose a purple theme, because of the many meanings associated with purple. Our culture in Canada is truly diverse, many points of view, many different Covid-19 experiences. The meanings of purple are as diverse representing the purple heart of bravery, creativity, royalty to being a colour of death. We are in a time of differing perspectives, and emerging values. A purple colour scheme represents current times well.
