About the Artwork
This series was inspired by a red tulip and its relationship and connection to the environment, reflecting the feeling of love. Reduction lino #14 out of 18, was produced from a single block printed in successive layers, all hand printed and carved. After each color is printed on Stonehenge paper more material is carved from the block until the image is finished and the Lino block is then no longer useable.
