About the Artwork
With snowy winters that can last for months, the arrival of spring is certainly cause for celebration. A time of change and renewal, birds once again greet the morning with song. Trees that once hung barren bring new life, bursting forth green and burnished red buds. Out of the ground, green stems push through to the sunlight and- in a blink- an explosion of flowers greets the new season.
