Cheezies are truly a Canadian Icon; made to this day by the orphaned Canadian arm of a now-defunct American parent firm, Cheezies are almost a folk legend, turning generations of Canadian kids fingers orange. Like a lot of processed food, they contain a huge amount of salt and saturated fat, which makes them a little less than the ideal national icon.
